英文摘要:By analyzing the failure modes, microstructure and properties of female die made of Cr12 steel, the causes of the early failure of the female die were found. The results show that the inhomogeneity carbide makes quenching tearing tendency of female die increase, grindability and resistance reduce. The net carbide makes the anisotropisation of mechanical property and physical property appear, which is the main cause of failure of the female die.
