中文摘要:研究了回火温度对原始组织分别为退火态、回火马氏体以及调质态的40CrNi2Mo钢经亚温淬火后的组织和力学性能的影响。 结果表明,三种原始组织40CrNi2Mo钢亚温淬火后的强度、硬度、塑性和韧性随回火温度的变化规律一致,且在400 ℃均出现回火脆性,其中调质态40CrNi2Mo钢经亚温淬火后在400~600 ℃回火的综合力学性能最好。
英文摘要:The effects of tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of 40CrNi2Mo steel whose original structure are as-annealed structure, as-tempered martensite structure and as-quenched and tempered structure respectively and then undergo subcritical quenching were investigated. The results show that the strength, hardness, plasticity and ductility change regularity with the increase of tempering temperature and the tempering brittleness appears at 400 ℃. Quenching and tempering 40CrNi2Mo steel after subcritical quenching and tempering at 400 ℃~600 ℃has the best mechanical properties.
