中文摘要:针对金属型耐磨铸球生产中常产生中心缩孔的现象,采用ANSYS软件,对耐磨铸球凝固过程温度场进行了模拟分析,得出了铸造缺陷可能产生的位置,根据模拟结果再对浇冒口形状进行合理设计,消除了铸球内部缩孔。同时,对铸球凝固时的温度进行了实测,计算结果与实测结果相符,证明该数值模拟方法具有准确性。
英文摘要:Central shrinkage always occurs in the production of wear resistant cast bulb. The temperature distribution in cast-bulb solidification was simulated by finite element software ANSYS, and the positions of possible defects were predicted. The shape of riser was reasonably designed based on the simulated result, which can eleminate the intenal shrinkage of cast bulb. At the meantime, the solidification temperature was measured, the results calculated by simulation software agree well with those obtained by experimental measurements.
