中文摘要:运用传统设计方法完成了对铸钢托轮的铸造工艺设计,根据铸件的凝固特点确定了浇注系统以及冷却补缩系统的尺寸。采用最新的计算机模拟软件Z-Cast对设计的工艺系统进行了模拟验证,模拟结果表明,在托轮顶部和内部产生缩孔缺陷。为了消除这些缺陷,采用加补贴和保温冒口的方法对铸造工艺进行了优化,最大程度地减小和消除铸造缺陷,获得合理的铸造工艺方案。
英文摘要:According to the solidification characteristic of riding wheel castings, the traditional method was used to calculate the dimensions of chills, the pouring systems and the feeding systems in the design of the casting process. The process was simulated by simulation software Z-Cast, the results indicate that many shrinkages occurr in the casting. In order to eliminate the shrinkages, the casting process was optimized by using pad and insulated risers, which decreased the shrinkages, so the reasonable casting process was gained.
