中文摘要:利用数学软件MATLAB,对导向辊运动过程中的角速度、水平(X)、竖直(Y)方向的位移进行了计算,将获得的计算数据导入到通用模拟软件ABAQUS中,并利用其对4.6 m大直径环件径、轴向轧制成形过程进行成形仿真。结果表明,合理的导向辊运动控制实现了大型环件的径、轴向轧制,模拟结果显示,应力、应变分布及端面鱼尾形状等符
合实际。
英文摘要:The angular velocity,displacements in X and Y direction of guide rolls were calculated by mathematical software MATLAB, then the data were imported to ABAQUS finite element analysis software, and the ring rolling process for a large ring with ?准4.6 m was analyzed. The results show that the radial-axial rolling for the large ring can be achieved by reasonable controlling of guide roll. The stress, strain distribution and fish-tail shape of ring are in agreement with actuality.
