中文摘要:建立了某汽车行李箱内板有限元模拟模型,并利用PAM-STAMP2G软件进行冲压模拟仿真,得到了零件成形后的厚度云图和缺陷分布图,指出了零件冲压缺陷的形成原因。并研究探讨了压边力、冲压速度、凸凹模间隙三个关键的工艺参数对于冲压质量的影响,得出了相对合适的冲压工艺参数。
英文摘要:The finite element simulation model of a car's inner luggage-boot lid was established, and its punching process was simulated using PAM-STAMP2G software, its thickness nephogram and flaw distribution map after forming were obtained, and the reason for its flaw after punching was pointed out. Then, the effects of three key process parameters such as pressure-pad-force, punching speed, gap between punch and die, on punching quality were researched, the suitable punching process parameters were obtained.
