中文摘要:采用有限元DEFORM-3D软件对铝合金1100进行常温态和半固态下的挤压模拟,以探索1100合金材料的高温成型性能。结果显示,500 ℃时流动速度的最大值达到了49 mm/s,而20 ℃时只有12.7 mm/s;500 ℃时等效应变场的最大值达到了3.63,而20 ℃时只有5.01;500 ℃时等效应力场的最大值达到了12.3 MPa,而20℃时只有42.9 MPa。综上所述,半固态时铝合金1100的成型性能要比常温态好得多。
英文摘要:Using finite element software DEFORM-3D, the extrusion forming of 1100 aluminum alloy was simulated in semi-solid state and room temperature to explore the high temperature forming performance of 1100 aluminum alloy. The results show that the maximum flow rate reaches 49 mm/s at 500 ℃, and only 12.7 mm/s at 20 ℃; the maximum equivalent strain reaches 3.63 at 500 ℃, and only 5.01 at 20 ℃; the maximum equivalent stress reaches 12.3 MPa at 500 ℃, and only 42.9 MPa at 20 ℃. The forming performance of 1100 aluminum alloy is much better in semi-solid state than in the normal temperature state.
