中文摘要:运用数值模拟方法对汽车轴管的成形过程进行模拟分析,对其传统工艺进行优化。模拟结果表明:采用多向锻挤复合成形技术,大大减少了后续机加工工序和工作量,提高了生产效率,单件轴管节约材料3.2 kg,料耗降低40%,获得了不错的经济效益。
英文摘要:Numerical simulation method is applied to simulate the forming process for automobile axis pipe and optimize its tradition process. The results show that it can greatly reduce subsequent machining procedure and workload using the complex forming technology of multidirectional forging and extruding, thus the productive efficiency increases, the material consumption reduces by 40% (3.2 kg), the enormous economy benefit is gained.
