中文摘要: 由于激光焊接侧吹保护效果及加工过程中的方便性和灵活性受到限制,设计并试制了激光焊接同轴保护喷嘴。根据激光焊接保护的特点,通过喷嘴结构的合理设计实现了两种气体单独控制的混合气体保护方式。利用该同轴保护喷嘴进行不锈钢激光叠焊试验,分析同轴保护喷嘴对保护效果及焊接过程的影响。结果表明,此种结构喷嘴中的气路、气腔及出气口设计合理,出气均匀,保护效果良好,能够减少焊接烟尘和飞溅对聚焦镜的污染,并对其起到一定的保护作用。
英文摘要: Due to the restriction of the protecting effect of side-blown in the laser welding and the convenience and flexibility in the processing process, the laser welding coaxial protection air spout was designed and developed. According to the effect and feature of the shielding gas, through the proper design of the air spout structure, the independent control of two protection gas was realized. This laser welding coaxial protection air spout was used to weld the stainless steel, and then the effect of coaxial protection air spout on the welding process was analyzed. The result indicate that, in the structure of air spout, the design of the gas path, gas space and gas outlet is proper, the air-out is homogeneous. It can protect the lens from the pollution of the smoke and the sputtering.
