中文摘要:采用机械合金化-放电等离子烧结工艺制备HGSF01高合金工具钢,研究了球磨后的粉末特征以及烧结后试样的组织和性能。结果表明: 混合粉末经高能球磨后有以(Fe,Cr)3C型碳化物为主的新相生成, 其固相线温度为1085 ℃。球磨后粉末经1100 ℃ × 50 ℃/min × 50 MPa SPS烧结后,试样平均晶粒尺寸为5 μm,无碳化物偏聚;致密度达到98.4%,硬度达到63 HRC,抗弯强度达到1510 MPa,并具有较好的耐磨性。
英文摘要:A new high-alloying tool steel was prepared by mechanical alloying (MA)-spark plasma sintering (SPS) technique, and the microstructure and properties of ball-milling powder and sintered sample were investigated. The results show that a new phase (Fe,Cr)3C carbide appears in the powder after ball-milling, and its solid phase temperature is 1085 ℃. The sintering parameters for high-alloying tool steel are as follows: sintering temperature 1100 ℃, sintering rate 50 ℃/min and pressure 50 MPa. The properties of sintered sample are as follows: average grain size 5 μm without carbide segregation, relative density 98.4%, hardness 63 HRC, bending strength 1510 MPa and better wear resistance .
