中文摘要:采用X射线衍射技术(XRD)并结合微观组织观察分析了再结晶退火过程中Ti-IF钢组织和织构的演变过程。结果表明:随退火温度的升高,再结晶比例增加,一旦达到再结晶温度,再结晶迅速进行;随再结晶进行{111}织构强度不断增加,再结晶初期,γ织构中以{111}<112>织构居多,再结晶后{111}<110>为多数。
英文摘要:The evolution laws of texture and microstructure for Ti-IF steel during annealing were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and optical microscopy. The results show that the quantity of recrystallization increases with the rising of annealing temperature, and recrystallization starts quickly once reaching the recrystallization temperature; {111} texture increases with recrystallization going on, and {111}<112> texture is major in γ texture at beginning, while {111}<110> texture is major after recrystallization.
