中文摘要:以Gleeble-1500热物理模拟实验研究为基础,探讨了30CrSiMoVA钢热压缩变形过程中不同变形速率和变形温度对流变应力的影响规律。通过对实验数据进行线性回归分析,确定了30CrSiMoVA钢的应变硬化指数以及形变激活能,拟合出30CrSiMoVA钢高温条件下的流变应力本构方程。此外,采用金相法研究了不同热变形条件对微观组织的影响规律。结果表明,在1050 ℃、10 s-1热变形条件下,晶粒细化最明显。
英文摘要:The influencing rule of various strain rates and temperature on the flow stress of 30CrSiMoV steel during hot compression deformation was investigated based on the analysis of Gleeble-1500 thermo-mechanical simulation experiment. The strain hardening exponent and deformation activation energy were evaluated by linear regression analysis, and the flow stress constitutive equation of 30CrSiMoV steel during hot compression was worked out combined with the experiment data. Besides, the influencing rule of various hot deformation conditions on microstructure was also studied. The results show that the grain size is decreased dramatically on the conditions of hot deformation at 1050 ℃ and 10 s-1.
