室温球磨固相法制备镧掺杂纳米二氧化锡及其性能研究

中文摘要:以SnCl2·2H2O、 C2H2O4·2H2O和La(NO3)3·6H2O为主要原料,采用室温球磨固相法制备La3+掺杂纳米SnO2。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、紫外分光光度计等分析方法,研究了掺杂量、焙烧温度对粉体粒径、吸收率的影响。结果表明,La3+的掺杂抑制SnO2晶粒的长大,并且随其含量的增加,抑制SnO2长大的效果更明显;La3+的掺杂明显降低了粉体对紫外光的反射能力,增加了粉体对紫外光的吸收能力;在焙烧温度为700 ℃、La3+掺杂量为2wt%时,得到了对紫外光吸收率最好的粉体。
英文摘要:La-doped nano-SnO2 powders were prepared by ball-milling solid chemical reaction method at ambient temperature using SnCl2·2H2O,C2H2O4·2H2O and La(NO3)3·6H2O as raw materials. The effects of La3+ doping content and sintering temperature on the size and absorbing of the powders were studied by XRD, SEM and ultraviolet spectrophotometer, ect. The results show that La3+ doping can prevent the growth of SnO2, and the higher the doping content is, the more effective to block the growth of the particles. The reflecting ability of the ultraviolet light is efficiently depressed by adding La3+. The powder with high ultraviolet absorbing ability can be obtained by adding 2wt% La3+ and sintering at 700 ℃.
