中文摘要:用铜基活性钎料对Cf /C复合材料进行真空钎焊,并对接头的微观组织、形成机理和接头强度进行研究。结果表明,使用铜基活性钎料可实现Cf /C复合材料的连接,且在实验温度范围内,钎料成分对接头强度具有重要影响。室温下焊接接头的最高剪切强度达21 MPa。
英文摘要:Cf /C composite was brazed in vacuum using pure Al and Cu- Ti as brazing fillers, and the shear strength of the brazed joints was measured. The microstructure, forming mechanism and strength of the brazed joints were studied by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer. The results indicate that using Cu based metal as active filler,the connection of Cf /C composite can be realized. The component of brazing fillers have a great effect on the quality of the brazed joints at experiment temperature. The highest shear strength of the brazed joints can reach 21 MPa.
