锰对热浸Zn-0.2%Al合金镀层组织和生长动力学影响的研究

中文摘要:向Zn-0.2%Al热浸镀浴中添加一定量的锰,在纯铁上获得了不同的合金镀层。采用光学显微镜和带能谱仪的扫描电镜分析锰对镀层形貌和生长动力学的影响。结果表明,锰能促进δ相呈致密状生长,且各相层中的锰含量随锌池中锰含量的增加而增加,锰主要富集在破碎状相层中;镀层厚度随锰含量的增加而减小,当浸镀Zn-0.2%Al时,镀层的生长呈线性规律,为界面扩散控制;当浸镀Zn-0.2%Al-Mn时,镀层的生长为抛物线规律,受扩散控制,这说明锰元素的加入抑制了锌元素的扩散。
英文摘要:Zn-0.2%Al-Mn alloy coating was galvanized by hot-dip method on the pure iron through adding a amount of Mn to Zn-0.2%Al bath. The influences of Mn additions in the galvanizing bath on the microstructure and growth kinetics of the galvanized coating were studied using optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive. The results show that δ phase changes from fragmental to compact and the Mn content in the individual phase increases with the increase of Mn content in the bath. Mn accumulates mainly in the fragmental phase. The thickness of the coating decreases with the increase of the Mn content in the bath. The growth of the coating in Zn-0.2%Al bath is controlled by interfacial reaction, while the growth in Zn-0.2%Al-Mn bath is controlled by diffusion. The diffusion of Zn is restrained by the addition of Mn in zinc bath.
