中文摘要:采用超音速火焰(HVOF)和电弧喷涂技术制备金属陶瓷/合金多层涂层。运用光学显微镜观察涂层组织结构;涂层硬度采用显微硬度仪进行测试;用湿式橡胶轮磨粒磨损试验机测试涂层的磨损性能。结果表明:涂层组织为扁平层状结构,涂层与基体、涂层与涂层之间结合紧密;多层涂层表层和底层(WC-12Co涂层)的硬度较高,中间层(NiCr合金涂层)的硬度较低;涂层的磨损质量损失与载荷成正比;磨料的硬度较高时,涂层的磨损质量损失较大,与单层涂层相比,多层涂层在较高载荷作用下具有较好的抗磨损性能。
英文摘要:Cermets/alloy multilayer coating was prepared by high velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) and arc spraying technology. The microstructure of the coating was observed by optical microscopy. The hardness of the coating was tested using vickers microhardness tester. The abrasive wear properties were evaluated using MLS-225 wet sand rubber wheel tester. The results show that the inner coating shows a lamellar structure. It is well-knit among the coating and the same between the coating and the substrate. The hardness of surface and bottom layer is high and the hardness of mesosphere is low. It is direct proportion between wear mass loss and load. The wear mass loss is high when the abrasive medium has high hardness, multilayer coating shows better wear properties than single-layer coating in the effect of biggish load.
