中文摘要:采用拉伸试验、冲击试验、硬度试验和显微组织分析等方法研究了淬火温度对复合模具钢基材60Si2Mn组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:150 ℃低温回火时,随淬火温度的升高,各项力学性能都有所提高,当与高碳高铬钢复合时,可采用低淬+低回的热处理工艺,即1050 ℃淬火+ 150 ℃回火;550 ℃高温回火时,随淬火温度的升高,虽然韧性略有下降,但硬度与抗拉强度逐渐升高,当与高速钢等复合时,可采用高淬 + 高回的热处理工艺,即1150 ℃淬火+550 ℃回火。
英文摘要:The effects of quenching temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of composite tool steel substrate 60Si2Mn were studied by tensile test, impact test, hardness test and microstructure analysis. The results show that the mechanical properties of 60Si2Mn steel are improved with the increase of the quenching temperature after tempering at 150 ℃, the process of low-temperature quenching and tempering (quenching at 1050 ℃ and tempering at 150 ℃) can be used when it combines with high-carbon high-chromium steel. Although the toughness of 60Si2Mn decreases slightly, the hardness and tensile strength gradually increases with the increase of quenching temperature after tempering at 550 ℃, the process of high-temperature quenching and tempering (quenching at 1150 ℃ and tempering at 550 ℃) can be used when it combines with high-speed steel.
