中文摘要:采用快速加热模拟电脉冲引起的焦耳热效应,研究了快速加热处理对冷轧态AZ31镁合金组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:快速加热处理能实现较低温度下的快速完全再结晶,并在不牺牲抗拉强度的条件下,有效地提高了镁合金的伸长率。
英文摘要:Rapid heating was used to simulate the Joule heating effect in electropulsing treatment. The effects of rapid heating on microstructure and mechanical properties of cold-rolled AZ31 alloy were investigated. The results show that the rapid recrystallization can take place within a few seconds at a relatively low temperature. Rapid heating improves the tensile ductility of the alloy, meanwhile retaining its tensile strength.
