中文摘要:研究了双级固溶和双级时效对Al-Si-Mg合金组织、硬度和耐磨性的影响。结果表明:经520 ℃固溶8 h,然后再经145 ℃预时效3.5 h和175 ℃终时效3.5 h热处理后的试样硬度高,耐磨性好。
英文摘要:The effects of heat treatment processes of two-stage solution and two-stage aging on microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of Al-Si-Mg alloy were studied. The results show that, solution treatment at 520 ℃for 8 h, then pre-aging at 145 ℃ for 3.5 h and end-aging at 175 ℃ for 3.5 h, the high hardness, good wear resistance of Al-Si-Mg alloy samples can be obtained.
