中文摘要:用SEM、金相分析及力学性能测试研究了12Cr1MoV钢在550 ℃保温不同时间后的微观组织和性能。结果表明:随保温时间的延长,12Cr1MoV钢的抗拉强度逐渐升高;屈服强度、伸长率、断面收缩率和冲击韧度均先降低后升高,在保温600 h时达到最低值,钢材脆性最大,其显微组织由回火马氏体转变为低碳板条束贝氏体。12Cr1MoV的断裂特性由保温前的韧性断裂转变为脆性断裂,而保温600 h后又恢复为韧性断裂。
英文摘要:The effects of heat treatment time on microstructure and properties of 12Cr1MoV steel holding at 550 ℃ for different time were studied by SEM, metallographic analysis and mechanical property test. The results show that the tensile strength enhances gradually; the yield strength, elongation, section shrinkage rate and impact toughness decrease then increase with the increase of holding time. When 12Cr1MoV steel had been held for 600 h at 550 ℃, these values reach minimum, its brittle is largest. The microstructure of 12Cr1MoV changes to low carbon bar bainite from tempered martensite. Tension fracture appearance indicates that the toughness fracture characteristic presents before holding and then becomes brittle fracture, but brittle fracture gets back to toughness after holding for 600 h.
