中文摘要:在统计分析的基础上,选试20Cr、20CrMnTi和40Cr三种钢,根据标准中允许的界限范围,采用不同的元素含量及热处理工艺,通过观察组织结构,研究力学性能变化。结果表明,碳对合金钢力学性能的影响显著。
英文摘要:On the basis of statistic analysis, 20Cr, 20CrMnTi and 40Cr steel were chosen, and according to the scope defined by the standards, the heat treatment of the alloy with different element content was carried out. The changes of mechanical properties were studied through observing the microstructure. The results show that carbon has a main effect on the mechanical property.
