中文摘要:研究了四种耐热钢和一种耐热合金的耐碳化腐蚀性能,分析了渗碳对五种耐热材料力学性能的影响。由于材料中含有很高的Cr和Ni, 同时存在Si, 五种材料在900、950 ℃渗碳100 h后, 渗碳层很薄, 对力学性能的影响小。
英文摘要:The carbonization corrosion resistance of four kinds of heat resisting cast steel and a kind of heat resisting alloy was studied, and the effects of carbonizing on mechanical properties of heat resisting materials were analyzed. Carburizated at 900 ℃ and 950 ℃ for 100 h, the carbonizing layer of the five kinds of materials is very thin and the influence on mechanical properties is little, because of the high content of Cr, Ni and Si.
