中文摘要:连续挤压挤压轮模具材料为锻造后的H13 钢,使用不到20 t就发生断裂。对断裂件进行了宏观分析、化学成分分析、硬度分析、金相分析和开裂面电子形貌分析,认为该模具材料中存在着成分偏析、二次碳化物网状析出现象,降低了材料的性能,在较大的应力集中下,最终发生疲劳断裂。
英文摘要:Forging H13 steel for continuous extrusion-wheel die material was cracked for less than 20 t using. Macro-examination, chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, microstructure examination and fracture analysis were carried out on the cracked die. The results show that the material has segregation and network of secondary carbide, which results in fatigue fracture of the die under the large stress concentration.
