中文摘要:为探索等温锻造火次对TC21钛合金组织和性能的影响,以恒应变速率分别进行不同火次的锻造试验。结果表明:锻造火次对TC21钛合金的组织有较大影响,随锻造火次的增加,晶界破断程度下降,次生α相长度增加,沿变形方向成羽毛状排列趋势增大。锻件强度随火次增加略有变化,塑性则有较明显的降低趋势。
英文摘要:The effect of isothermal forging fire times on microstructure and mechanical properties of TC21 alloy was studied by isothermal forging at constant strain rate. The results show that the microstructure of TC21 alloy is greatly affected by fire time. With the increase of forging fire time, the degree of boundary breaking declines, the secondary α phase becomes longer and is arranged into feathery along the direction of deformation; the forging's strength changes slightly, the plasticity obviously reduces.
