中文摘要:通过添加磷酸二氢钠改善了水泥糖浆砂的可使用时间,并测定了添加缓凝剂后不同时间段型砂的湿强度。实验结果表明,适宜的加入0.02%磷酸二氢钠能使水泥糖浆砂延缓凝结,此时型砂的可使用时间在45 min左右,在4 h时其湿强度接近0.1 MPa。
英文摘要:The using time of cement-sand-molasses was improved by adding NaH2PO4 into it. And the wet strength of the sand after adding NaH2PO4 was determined. It could be obtained from the experiment that NaH2PO4 can delay the coagulation of cement-sand-molasses, and the optimal dosage of NaH2PO4 is 0.02%. At this condition, the using time of cement-sand-molasses is about 45 min, and the wet strength, about 4 h, is closed to 0.1 MPa.
