中文摘要:针对低筋、多筋铝合金锻件容易产生穿流缺陷的成形特点,采用有限元模拟方法分析了筋顶分模和中间分模对低筋、多筋锻件成形过程中金属流动行为的影响机理,对比了两种分模方式对锻件流线、穿流敏感度、模具磨损、材料率用率和成形力等的影响。结果表明:采用筋顶分模方式能从根本上消除锻件上与飞边相邻筋下的穿流缺陷,得到良好的金属流线,而其他性能与中间分模基本相同。因此,在模具深度和锻件出模容许的情况下,对于低筋、多筋圆饼类铝合金锻件应尽量采用筋顶分模进行模具的设计。
英文摘要: Aiming at the partial draining defects in aluminum alloy forgings with low-stiffener and multi-stiffener, the finite element method was used to analyze the influence of the parting-face position on the flow line, the die wear, forming force and so on. The results show that the parting-face position at the top of the stiffener can avoid the partial draining near the flash. Meanwhile, the others effect on the metal flow is the same with the parting-face position in the middle of the billet.
