中文摘要:以汽车后桥的轴头套管零件为研究对象,分析了原有的锻造成形工艺。根据金属塑性流动理论和设计方法,提出新的热挤压工艺。经过实践证明,改进后的成形工艺不仅大幅度地提高了材料利用率、锻件的质量,降低了生产成本,还起到了节能减排的社会效益,取得了较好的效果。
英文摘要:Taking shaft sleeve in car rear axle as study object, the original forging forming process was analyzed. According to metal plasticity flow theory and design methods, a new hot extrusion process was proposed. The results show that the improved process greatly improves the material utilization ratio and forging's quality, greatly reduces production costs, and has social benefits of energy-saving and emission reduction, which achieve better effect.
