中文摘要:伞齿轮摆辗成形是先进的齿轮加工工艺,但模具寿命较低是该工艺的不足,其中凹模齿根裂纹失效是实际生产中凹模失效的重要原因之一。为了提高摆辗成型凹模的寿命,对伞齿轮摆辗成型凹模齿根的应力变化规律进行了有限元分析,并讨论了各点应力变化对凹模寿命的影响程度。
英文摘要:The rotary roll for bevel gear is an advanced process for making gear, but the short service life of the die is its drawback, which was mostly attributed to invalidation of dedendum caused by splits. For improving the life-span of the die, the variation of dedendum stress in rotary forging for bevel gear cavity was studied by finite element analysis, and the influence of the change of dedendum stress at different points on the life of the die was discussed.
