中文摘要:药芯焊丝CO2焊在我国船舶制造企业中大量应用,其焊接过程的稳定性评价与监控具有重要意义。通过对?准1.4 mm药芯焊丝CO2焊三种不同焊接规范试验和过程稳定性试验,提取了短路过渡频率、断弧频率和瞬时短路频率作为评价其焊接过程稳定性的量化指标;搭建了基于单片机和无线Zigbee技术的药芯焊丝CO2焊远程监测系统,传输焊接过程量化特征信息,从而实现对其焊接过程的远程监测。通过试验证明,该系统具有良好的可扩展性,并能满足造船、冶金机械等行业实际焊接生产的质量监测和工艺评价需求。
英文摘要:CO2 arc welding with flux-cored wire was widely used in shipbuilding enterprises in China, and it is important to monitor and evaluate the stability of the welding process. Using 1.4 mm diameter flux-cored wire in CO2 arc welding under three different specifications experiment and process stability experiment, the short circuit transition frequency, arc break frequency and instantaneous short circuit frequency from the welding process for evaluating the stability as the quantitative indicators was extracted. A microcontroller-based wireless Zigbee technology and flux-cored wire CO2 arc welding remote monitoring system was set up to transmit the quantitative characteristics information of the welding process in order to achieve remote monitoring of the welding process. The experiment proves that the system has good scalability and can meet the needs of actual welding quality monitoring and process evaluation in shipbuilding industry, metallurgy and machinery industry.
