中文摘要:使用真空中频钎焊炉对1Cr18Ni9Ti进行焊接,钎料为HLCuNi30。采用钎料铺展面积测量法,得出该钎料钎焊该母材时的大体钎焊温度;采用钎焊接头楔形间隙图,对HLCuNi30钎料钎焊1Cr18Ni9Ti的最大钎焊间隙进行分析,得出HLCuNi30钎料钎焊1Cr18Ni9Ti时的不同钎焊工艺(钎焊温度和钎焊保温时间)及钎后扩散热处理对最大钎焊间隙的影响。
英文摘要:The 1Cr18Ni9Ti was brazed with HLCuNi30 solder by vacuum intermediate frequency furnac. The temperature in brazing was measured by solder spreading area. Using the clearance chart of brazing joints, the maximum brazing clearance of brazing 1Cr18Ni9Ti with HLCuNi30 was analyzed. The different brazing technology (brazing temperature and holding time) and the influences of diffusion heat treatment after welding on the maximal clearance of the brazing were obtained .
