中文摘要:无电焊接技术是利用材料化学燃烧反应的放热来实现金属连接的方法,无需任何电源和气源,是应急维修的有效技术手段。以45钢为焊接母材进行焊接实验,测试结果表明:无电焊接是一种熔焊焊接,焊缝金属与受焊母材之间呈冶金结合,焊接接头拉伸强度达280 MPa以上。应用证明,无电焊接技术焊接工艺简单,焊缝组织及接头力学性能较好,应用广泛,具有良好的推广应用前景。
英文摘要:Non-electric welding is a novel efficient technique for emergency maintenance, in which the heat released by combustion reaction is used to join metal without any power supply or gas source. Welding experiments were performed on 45 steel as weld object. The results show that the weld metal joints the welded object in metallurgic connection with the tensile strength above 280 MPa, which prove that non-electric welding is a fusion welding technique. The welding technology has advantages of simple operation and good mechanical performance, has promising application prospect.
