中文摘要:介绍了一种低碳钢CAM零件的加工工艺,并在构造出模具条料承载方式的基础上,结合MOCK-UP工艺实验,利用MARC软件对其成形过程进行有限元数值模拟分析。开发出了合理有效的基于冷锻成形技术的精密级进模,为类似的冷锻成形探索了一条行之有效的途径。
英文摘要:A processing technic for the CAM of low-carbon steel was introduced. The carrying way of strip material was created based on forging scheme of MOCK-UP,and the forging process of CAM was simulated by MARC software. A precision cold forging progressive die based on cold forging process was developed. The die has high strength and accuracy and reasonable structure,which explore an effective forming way for the similar cold forging.
