中文摘要:研究了在6063铝合金中加入微量稀土元素Er及经不同时效处理后对其导电性的影响。结果表明,随着Er含量的增加,导电性能提高,当Er含量为0.1wt%时达到最大值,之后随着Er含量的增加而逐渐降低;稀土Er可以降低合金中多余的Si、Fe等杂质元素对6063铝合金的危害作用,并形成对合金导电性能有利的化合物;随时效时间的延长,导电性能逐渐提高,时效工艺为200 ℃× 5 h时达到最大值,之后随时效时间的延长而逐渐降低。
英文摘要:The effects of a small amount of rare earth (RE) element Er and aging heat treatment on the conductivity of 6063 aluminium alloy were investigated. The results show that as Er content increasing, the conductivity improves. When Er content is 0.1%, the conductivity reaches the maximum. After that, as Er content increasing, the conductivity decreases. The rare earth Er could reduce the harm of impurity element Si, Fe to 6063 aluminium alloy and form compounds that are beneficial to the conductivity of the alloy. The conductivity improves with the aging time extending. The conductivity of the alloy reaches its maximum after aging-treated at 200 ℃× 5 h. Afterwards the conductivity decreases with the aging time extending.
