中文摘要:利用Gleeble-1500D 热力模拟机对AZ31-0.5Sr-xY 镁合金进行250 ℃ 单向高温拉伸试验。结果表明:复合添加0.5%Sr 和1.5%Y 时合金的高温力学性能最优,抗拉强度σb=117 MPa,屈服强度σ0.2=101 MPa,伸长率δ=37.75%,与AZ31 镁合金相比增幅分别达54.5%、46.4%和53.02%。
英文摘要:The tensile test of AZ31-0.5Sr-xY magnesium alloy at 250 ℃ was carried out using Gleeble-1500D typer thermo-mechanical simulator. The results show that the elevated-temperature properties of AZ31 with multiple addition of Sr and Y improve apparently. In the experimental alloys, AZ31-0.5Sr-1.5Y magnesium alloy has the best mechanical properties, this is: σb=117 MPa, σ0.2=101 MPa and δ=37.75%, increases respectively by 54.5%, 46.4% and 53.02% compared with AZ31 alloy.
