中文摘要:阐述了日本国内镁合金板材的应用和生产状况,在与其他合金相比较的基础上,综述了日本关于镁合金板材力学性能(拉伸强度和伸长率)和二次成形性(埃里克森值,拉伸极限和塑性应变比等参数)的最近研究结果,并且从机理上分析了微观组织对力学性能和成形性的影响。结果表明,晶粒细化和织构控制是提高镁合金力学性能和成形性的两个重要因素,当基面织构弱化到一定程度时,织构对力学性能和成形性的影响甚至会超过细化晶粒的效果。
英文摘要:The recent studies of mechanical properties and formability of magnesium alloy sheets in Japan were summarized. The relationship between mechanical properties, formability and microstructure was also analyzed in detail. The analyzing results show that, to improve mechanical properties and formability, grain refinement and texture control in forming process are two vital factors. The results also affirm the fact that texture may have more significant effect on the ductility and formability of AZ31 alloys than grain size at room temperature, especially the texture is significantly different from the basal texture.
