中文摘要:对ZK60镁合金进行了不同道次的往复挤压,研究往复挤压条件下组织演化。结果表明:往复挤压道次的增加有利于晶粒的细化和强化相的析出。4道次往复挤压后晶粒为6 μm的均匀等轴晶,析出相细小、均匀、弥散分布;正挤压-ZK60-CT镁合金组织不稳定,往复挤压有利于提高ZK60镁合金组织稳定性;往复挤压ZK60-CT镁合金的细化机制为动态再结晶细化和粒子细化。
英文摘要:ZK60 magnesium alloy was prepared by reciprocating extrusion with different passes. The microstructure evolution with reciprocating extrusion passes was researched. The results show that, for 4-extruded ZK60-CT magnesium alloy, grains are about 6 μm equiaxed grain, precipitates are fine and uniform. The microstructure of 1-extruded ZK60-CT is not stable, reciprocating extrusion is advantageous to improve the microstructure stability of ZK60 magnesium alloy. The refining mechanism of repeated extruded ZK60-CT magnesium alloy is DRX refining and particle refining.
