中文摘要:冶炼了具有不同La含量的纯净钢,测定了其在钢中的固溶量,分析了钢中夹杂物的类型和形态,进行了高温氧化性和耐腐蚀性试验。结果表明:随着钢中La含量的增加,钢中La的固溶量也随之增加。La能使钢中的Al2O3、MnS夹杂转变为球状或椭球状的LaAlO3、La2O2S型夹杂物;加入适量的La也改善了纯净钢的高温抗氧化性、耐蚀性。
英文摘要:The clean steel with different La content was smelted, the solid solution amount of La in clean steel was measured, the inclusion type and form was analysed, and its high temperature oxidation and corrosion resistance was studied. The results show that, with the increase of La content, the solid solution amount of La in steel increases. The inclusions of Al2O3 and MnS in test steels turn into LaAlO3 and La2O2S in globular or spheroidal shape by adding rare-earth La. The anti-oxygenic property and corrosion resistance of the clean steel obviously improve by adding appropriate content of La.
