中文摘要:晶粒粗大是造成火车车轴失效的主要原因之一。通过对攀钢研究院开发的新型钒系微合金车轴钢晶粒粗化温度的研究,发现随着加热温度的提高,该型车轴钢奥氏体晶粒越来越大,但强碳化合物元素——钒元素能有效阻止奥氏体晶粒的长大,将其晶粒粗化温度提高到了1150 ℃以上,比普通碳钢的晶粒粗化温度高150~200 ℃。晶粒粗化温度的确定,可以为材料热处理工艺参数的制定提供参考,避免加热过程中出现晶粒粗化,造成组织缺陷。
英文摘要:The grain coarsening is one of main reasons that results in train axle failure. The grain coarsening temperature of a new axle of vanadium steel developed by panzhihua iron & steel research institute was investigated. With the increase of temperature, the austenite grain size becomes bigger, but vanadium, a strong carbon compound element, can inhibit the grain growth effectively and increase the grain coarsening temperature to 1150 ℃.The grain coarsening temperature of the vanadium steel is 150~200 ℃ higher than that of plain carbon steel. The definition of grain coarsening temperature can give a reference for heat treatment, which can avoid grain coarsening during heating process.
