中文摘要:电致塑性拔丝是指在普通拔丝加工过程中引入高能电脉冲的新型加工方法。电致塑性拉拔的Inconel690合金丝在拔制过程中与模具摩擦有明显降低,拔制力大幅度下降,材料的表面质量及塑性得到明显提高。
英文摘要:The wire drawing with electro-plastic effect is a new working process, in which pulse current is introduced during common wire drawing process. The electro-plasticity can reduce the drawing stress and the friction between wire and mould, and also improve the surface quality and the plastic properties of the materials.
