中文摘要:对国内钢材市场选取的含Nb合金化与非合金化HRB400钢筋进行力学性能及微观组织分析。结果表明,非合金化钢筋的屈服强度及抗拉强度均高于含Nb合金化钢筋,而含Nb钢筋的Rel / Rm以及Rel /400值则优于非合金化钢筋;非合金化钢筋与含Nb合金化钢筋的边部组织分别为马氏体组织与贝氏体+珠光体组织;同时,通过高倍透射电镜观察含Nb钢筋析出物形貌,含Nb钢筋中有大量细小弥散碳化物。由于细晶强化及析出强化的共同作用,含Nb钢筋的抗震性能优于非合金化钢筋,塑韧性得到良好匹配。
英文摘要:The mechanical properties and microstructure of Nb alloyed and non-alloyed HRB400 bar in domestic steel market were analyzed. The results indicate that the yield strength and tensile strength of non-alloyed steel are higher than that of Nb alloyed steel, but Rel / Rm and Rel /400 value of Nb alloyed steel are better. The microscope and TEM show that the outside microstructure of Nb alloyed steel and non-alloyed steel is respectively martensite and bainite + pearlite; at the same time, there are lots of carbides in Nb alloyed steel by TEM observation. Because of grain refinement strengthening and precipitation strengthening of Nb, the ductility and toughness of Nb alloyed steel can be well-matched, and its earth-quakeproof property is better than non-alloyed steel.
