中文摘要:研究了玻璃颗粒在铝硅合金搅拌混合过程中的碰撞团聚过程及机理。结果表明, 玻璃颗粒与铝液润湿性良好,开始阶段易于分散。 随着时间的延长和颗粒添加量的增加,玻璃颗粒进入铝液后,表面会熔融。玻璃颗粒的粘连团聚特性使其在铝液中容易形成团聚颗粒体,由于搅拌负压引入空气的富集,这些团聚颗粒体的平均密度变小,导致团聚颗粒体带起更多的玻璃颗粒上浮。
英文摘要:The mechanism of glass grains scattering and suspension in aluminum-silicon alloy was studied. The results show that, glass grains could scatter and suspend well in melts in the beginning because of the better wetting performance between grains and alloys; with the increase of time and grains proportion, the melting phenomenon occurs on grain surface, which cause the grains gathering agmination; the average density of the reunions becomes smaller, because of air attaching to these reunions in the stirring, the size of grain is fine and the gathering grain makes more glass grains float.
