中文摘要:采用电沉积法在硫酸锰溶液中制备了钛基二氧化锰电极,研究了热处理温度(100~500 ℃)对Ti/SnO2+SbOx / MnOx电极析氧电催化性能的影响。采用X射线衍射、红外光谱分析方法对电极结构进行了表征,通过极化曲线、循环伏安曲线和电化学阻抗研究了电极在0.5 mol/L K2SO4溶液中的析氧催化活性。结果表明,热处理温度为200 ℃时,没有改变其γ-MnO2晶型,但是Mn-O键力增强,析氧催化活性提高;200 ℃以上的热处理改变了MnOx晶型,但对改善电极析氧催化性能效果不明显。
英文摘要:Titanium based manganese oxide electrode was prepared by electro-dip process in manganese sulphate solution. The effect of heat treatment (100 ℃~500 ℃) on the eletrocatalytic performance of oxygen evolution reaction(OER) was investigated. The microstructure of the manganese oxide was examined by X-ray diffraction and IR. The eletrocatalytic performance of the oxygen evolution reaction(OER) of the anodes in 0.5 mol/L K2SO4 soulution was carried out by polarization curves, cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopies(EIS). It is found that when the heat treating temperature is 200℃, γ-MnO2 structure does not change, but the force of Mn-O bond strengthens, the OER properties improve. There is no obvious improvement in the OER properties when heat treating above 200 ℃.
