中文摘要:在原位合成制备Mg2Si/Mg-A1复合材料过程中,加入Ca、Sc作为变质剂,并采用光学显微镜研究了单独变质与复合变质对材料组织的影响。结果表明:Ca、Sc都是有效的变质剂,尤其是复合变质,能使初生Mg2Si尺寸由40~130 μm减小至6~7 μm,其形态由不规则变为规则的多边形;共晶Mg2Si亦趋向于弥散分布,变质效果显著。
英文摘要:The effects of Ca and Sc on the microstructure of in-situ Mg2Si/Mg-A1 composite were investigated by optical microscope. The results show that the modification of Ca or Sc is effective, especially the compound modification, which makes the primary size of Mg2Si reduce from 40~130 μm to 6~7 μm, the morphology of the primary Mg2Si phase changes to regular polygon. Eutectic Mg2Si exhibits dispersed distribution, which indicate that the compound modification has good effects.
