中文摘要:为了提高采煤液压支架立柱基材27SiMn合金的耐蚀性和耐磨性能,延长其使用寿命,采用化学镀Ni-P-纳米Al2O3工艺对其进行防护研究。利用扫描电镜、显微硬度计、磨损试验机和浸泡法等手段研究了镀层的形貌及性能。结果表明:化学镀Ni-P-纳米Al2O3镀层不仅与Ni-P镀层具有相近的耐蚀性能,而且硬度和耐磨性明显优于Ni-P合金镀层,对采煤液压支架起到了更好的保护作用。
英文摘要:In order to improve the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of 27SiMn alloy substrate for mining hydraulic support, and prolong service life, the electroless plating Ni-P-nano-Al2O3 was applied on the alloy substrate. The morphologies and properties of the coating were studied by SEM, microhardness tester, abrasion tester and immersion test etc. The results show that the corrosion resistance of Ni-P-nano-Al2O3 coating is not only similar to that of Ni-P coating, but also the hardness and wear resistance of the former is superior to that of the latter, which protect the alloy effectively.
