中文摘要:采用涂覆法制备了具有ZrO2-玻璃基抗氧化涂层的钼基体试样,通过对试样进行不同工艺的热处理,研究了热处理时间和温度对涂层抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明,在1300 ℃热处理20 min的涂层,结构致密,具有良好的抗氧化性能。
英文摘要:The Mo substrate samples deposited ZrO2-glass oxidation resistant coating was prepared. The effects of heat treatment time and temperature on oxidation resistant properties of samples were studied. The results show that the samples heat-treated at 1300 ℃ for 20 min exhibit compact structure and good oxidation resistant performance.
