中文摘要:在AZ91D合金表面Ni-Ce-P化学镀的基础上加入纳米TiO2,制得Ni-Ce-P/纳米TiO2化学复合镀层;同时对其表面形貌、截面形貌和抗菌性进行了分析。结果表明:AZ91D合金Ni-Ce-P/纳米TiO2化学镀层的厚度约20 μm,镀层与基体间存在一层MgO结合层;复合镀层的光催化效果明显,抗菌率可达90%以上,具有抑菌作用。
英文摘要:Adding nano-TiO2 to the surface of AZ91D alloy which was plated by Ni-Ce-P, the Ni-Ce-P /nano TiO2 composite plating was obtained. The surface morphology, section morphology and antibacterial properties of the composite plating were analyzed at the same time. The results show that the thickness of the composite plating is about 20 μm and there is a MgO bonding layer between deposited coating and matrix. The potochemical catalysis effect of the composite plating is evident and antibacterial rate reaches more than 90%, which has obvious antibacterial effect.
