中文摘要:采用双辉技术和化学镀法在304不锈钢表面制备Ag-Cu渗镀改性层,并对其耐蚀及抗菌性进行了研究分析。结果表明:渗镀层具有良好的耐蚀性,且与基材结合良好;与渗Cu不锈钢和不锈钢基材相比,抗菌性能明显改善,灭菌率达100%。
英文摘要:The Ag-Cu modification layer was prepared on surface of 304 stainless steel by double glow technology and chemical plating method. The corrosion and antibacterial properties of the modified samples were studied and analyzed. The results indicate that Ag-Cu platting layer has good corrosion resistance and high bonding strength with substrate. Compared with Cu-alloyed and untreated substrate materials, the antibacterial property is improved obviously, the sterilization rate is up to 100%.
