中文摘要:对氩弧熔敷耐磨覆层材料的主要成分进行了正交设计,并用氩弧为热源制作了覆层试样。在泥沙磨损试验机上进行了覆层试样的磨损试验。结果表明:碳和铬对覆层耐磨性的影响显著,钼和稀土硅对覆层耐磨性的影响不显著。覆层耐磨性的最优方案为:3.0%C,27%Cr,1.0%Mo,1.0%RESi,其耐磨性达到标样45钢的6.37倍。磨损表面形貌分析表明,在泥沙磨损条件下, 45钢试样的磨损机理主要是显微切削和反复塑性变形脱落;氩弧熔敷耐磨覆层试样的磨损机理主要是基体组织的显微切削和高硬度碳化物质点的脱落。
英文摘要:The main chemical composition of argon arc depositing wear-resisting cladding were designed by orthogonal method and the cladding samples were made using argon arc heat source. The wear tests of cladding specimens were carried on the sand slurry wear test machine. The results show that C and Cr are significant effect factors on wear resistance of the cladding, but Mo and RE silicon are not. The optimal scheme of wear resistance is 3.0%C, 27%Cr, 1.5%Mo and 1.0%RESi. The wear resistance of the optimal scheme is 6.37 times of 45 steel guide sample. The wear surface morphologies show that the wear mechanism of the 45 steel sample is micro-cutting and repeating plastic deformation desquamation and that the wear mechanism of the argon arc depositing wear-resisting cladding sample is micro-cutting of the base structure and desquamation of the high hardness carbide particles under the sand slurry wear condition.
