中文摘要:研究了22Mn2SiVBS钢经1280 ℃完全奥氏体化后,在空冷条件下的显微组织及力学性能。结果表明,22Mn2SiVBS钢在空冷转变时可得到晶粒细小的粒状贝氏体和少量残余奥氏体组织。处理后的强度、硬度较高,但冲击韧度较低。
英文摘要:The microstructure and mechanical properties of steel 22Mn2SiVBS after austenizating at 1280 ℃ were studied. The results show that the fine grain granular bainite and little remain austenite can be obtained when 22Mn2SiVBS steel is cooled in air. The strength and hardness is higher, but the toughness is lower after heat treatment.
