中文摘要:对CSP的铸坯组织、成分偏析以及成品进行了研究。结果表明:CSP 薄板坯的低倍组织较为细密,柱状晶比较发达,在中心部位存在疏松和偏析,但偏析比传统铸坯小;从铸坯表面到铸坯中心,碳有明显的偏析,在距中心附近,有负偏析,中心部为正偏析,随着碳含量的增加,碳的偏析也增加;中间包的碳含量与轧制后钢卷的碳含量不同,轧制后钢卷的碳含量明显要低。
英文摘要:The microstructure of the CSP slab, the composition segregation and the finished products were studied. The results show that the microstructure of CSP thin slab is finer at low magnification, columnar grain is more developed; Loose and segregation exist while the segregation is smaller than traditional one. From the surface to the center, there is obvious segregation of carbon in the slab: negative segregation is near the center and positive segregation is in the center. With the increase of carbon content, carbon segregation also increases. The carbon content of the tundish is different from the steel coil after rolling, the carbon content of the steel coil is significantly lower.
